Spaghetti Squash

Spaghetti squash is another option to a low carb "pasta-like" meal. It is a little sweeter than zucchini but takes on any flavor you add to it.

Wash the squash and slice in half long ways. Place cut side down on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper.


Roast in oven on 375 degrees until fork tender. Once done, scrape the flesh with a fork into "spaghetti". Top with marinara sauce or any topping and dinner is served!.
